I had a very bad experience with a seller called 160572carol on Ebay, owner of localtoolsales uk ( LTS UK ).

I bought on Ebay in March 2009 a MIG welder 250 Inverter, Giant, that broke down very shortly after I got it.

I’ve phoned and I’ve been told to send it back, which I’ve done on by own costs from France in June 2009. Since then, I’ve been phoning many times to ask why they don’t send it back to me or refund, they answer every time that the welder is on its way back, but it wasn’t true.

As this seller didn’t even take any notice of my formal letter asking to send my welder back, I made an online claim last March 2010.

It has been judged last July (on my written statements as I’m living far away down France). He asserted that there was nothing wrong with my welder, and of course, he didn’t send it back to me ever since then !

I’ve lost my money, my time and I had to buy another welder, more expensive but working, this time a Kemppi on rapidwelding.com to a very correct seller.

It is not worth buying China crap in the first place, then to such a dishonest seller !
